HISTORY

Madarsa Gulshan-e-Raza Trust, a charitable and educational organization, was established in 1996 at Cuffe Parade, Colaba, Mumbai, by the Sayyed Bukhari Sahab, with the sole purpose of helping deprived people from rural and financially challenged background to obtain quality education. The trust is providing Orphanage Care Centre in which children are provided all facilities which includes food, shelter, education, sports activity.

The first self-financing Islamic Education was established by the Trust in 2000 and from that day onwards the Trust has been contributing to provide quality education with academic excellence to meet societal and educational needs of human communities for social peace.

The trust is providing quality in Islamic education from Makhtab to Hashtum including Nazra Quran, Hifzul-Quran, Qirat , Shobe Nizami which includes Maulviyat, Aalimiyat & Fazil. Institute also run Talime Balighan in which adults take Deeni Taleem.

The trust is also working for Social Educational needs in which includes NIOS (Secondary & Sr. Secondary), SSC (Maharshtra Board) for Boys & Girls. Trust also providing special course for women like stiching classes, mehandi classes.

The Trust also doing Social Work which includes Providing food and food grains for needy people, Drug Rehab Center, Mohalla Committee movement trust Zone- I and trust also run Health Care Centre.

More than 800 students are getting Islamic education from our institution. This Islamic Institution is approved by Islamic Educational Board of India. We provide Master level courses with association with Jamia Sadiya Arabia University, Kerala. We have following method of study: The syllabus is based on the Arabic & Persian still it is the perfect combination of Islamic School Arabic, Persian & Modern Education.

We have specialized teachers in their field which helps us to provide the specialized level of teaching to our students. It offers specialization in Fiqh, Tafseer, Hadith, Arabic Litrature which also includes Memorization of The Holy Quran. Depending on this system we have following curriculum in department of Islamic Education:

Secondary stage: Duration 3 years from class VI to VIII Higher stage: Duration 7 years. Divided into 3 sub stages, namely

  • Molviyah: Duration 2 years (equivalent higher secondary)
  • Aalimah: Duration 2 years equivalent (inter mediate)
  • Fazeelah: Duration 3 years equivalent (graduation)

We also provide Secondary and Sr. Secondary courses from NIOS (National Institute of Open School) and Maharashtra Board of Education.

Wisdom Health Care Centre

In the context of Social Work we provide Health Care Centre to the Slum area’s people where we have a team of well Qualified Doctors who are specialized in their field. The Doctors list includes MBBS, BDS, Pediatrician and BUMS, this combination provides us the chance to give best Health Services to the Slum area's People.

We provide Two days medicines to the patient when they visit our Health Care Centre. We also refer them for test at lowest Charges which is fixed by labs. If required then we also refer them to Hospital at lowest rate or free of cost.
